Section 7.8 of the bylaw requires every municipal service on the property — water, sewer, power — capped and terminated at the property line before the demolition permit is issued. You give the City a vacancy date, and the City charges its own capping and inspection-chamber fees on top of the permit. We coordinate the capping appointment so it lines up with our start date.
